Every year, 20 million people from 190 countries participate in the biggest global cleanup of the year. This year the school edition is on Wednesday 14 September, however you can also organise your cleanup a different day in the week.

PRIMARY SCHOOLS

For primary schools who are organizing a cleanup campaign, we have a special World Cleanup Day lesson in which the importance of cleaning up litter is discussed and the cleanup campaign is explained.

SECONDARY SCHOOLS

For secondary schools that organize a cleanup campaign, there is a special World Cleanup Day lesson that focuses on litter and the impact it has on people, animals and nature. The clean-up action is also explained during this lesson. |
AFTER-SCHOOL CARE

You can also organise a clean-up action as an after-school care! We have an action plan and a number of fun videos so that it's easy to join! In addition, you can raise funds while cleaning up and support the #NotInOurBackyard campaign and mission of Plastic Soup Foundation. |
